Superior extra virgin olive oil made from olives harvested in October/November and cold pressed within hours of picking so it stays fresh for longer. Bare Superior is unfiltered and decants naturally, resulting occasionally in fine sediments at the bottom of the bottle.
Full body, with notes of dried fruits, rosemary and sage. Perfect for bread dipping and drizzling on carpaccio, pasta, pizza, steamed fish, grilled vegetables, soups and salads.
Olive cultivars: Picual, Galega, Cornicabra, Arbequina, Cobrancosa.
Dryland olive groves: non irrigated land which only receives rainfall.
Bottled at origin.
